How to Upscale Video (with the best results) in After Effects

In today's livestream, I'll show you how the preferred method for upscaling video content via After Effects and an effect called Detail Preserving Upscale. Not unlike 'preserve details' in Photoshop, using this process (versus simply scaling the layer in a comp) will give you better looking results and more control over detail and noise.
